Bulgaria Fans Clash With Police During Protest Ahead Of Euro 2024 Qualifier

Thousands of Bulgarian football supporters on Thursday took to the streets of the capital, Sofia, in protest over the management of the national football union, a demonstration that eventually turned violent. At least five policemen and ten football fans were injured in clashes outside the stadium during Bulgaria's Euro 2024 qualifier against Hungary which ended in a 2-2 draw on 16 November, 2023 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
