Chicago police are closing off the area where the shooting is taking place. Two people are in critical condition after being shot in Chicago, Illinois, United States, on May 15, 2024. At approximately 1:33 p.m., Wednesday afternoon, on the 2700 block of W. Congress, two male victims are inside a vehicle when they are struck by gunfire.
