Chicago police are staging at the Whole Foods Market parking garage. A 50-year-old male victim is wounded in a shooting outside of Whole Foods Market on E. Grand Avenue in Chicago, Illinois, United States, on June 14, 2024. At approximately 8:36 a.m. on Friday morning, a 50-year-old male victim and an unknown suspect are having a verbal altercation outside at Whole Foods Market when the suspect shows a firearm and begins to fire shots in the victim's direction. The victim is sustaining a gunshot wound to his left shoulder and is being transported to the hospital, where he is listed in good condition. A weapon is being recovered.
