One person dies and one person sustains injuries after being shot, while a third victim is injured by broken glass during a shooting on the 1700 block of N. Harding Avenue in Chicago, Illinois, United States, on August 25, 2024. At approximately 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning, while the victims stand on the street, shots are fired by unknown suspects. A 32-year-old male is transported to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the head and is pronounced dead. A 19-year-old male is transported to the hospital in good condition with a gunshot wound to the back. A female self-transports to the hospital and sustains minor injuries from broken glass.
