In Oswiecim, Poland, on April 24, 2025, Andrzej Duda, President of Poland, makes a media statement with Isaac Herzog, President of Israel, during the March of the Living at Auschwitz. The March of the Living has been organized in Oswiecim since 1988. On the 37th anniversary of the first event, people from all over the world participate. Participants march through the so-called Road of Death, the route between the former Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau camps.
