Tour of China - Stage 1

Riders on the start line ahead of the opening stage of the 2016 edition of Tour of China 1. Wuqing district of Tianjin, the fourth largest city in China, is located in the core of Jingjinji economical circle, also known as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the national capital region region of China, with a distance of 71km from Beijing. Wuqing, as the national ecological demonstration zone, is largely covered by trees (average 36.4%), and 11 national first and second class rivers, including Beiyun, Longfeng and Yongding river are crossing here.
