Around the 'Piton de la Fournaise' volcano in La Réunion island

The little volcanic crater 'Formica Leo' is seen after the rain. It's located at the bottom of the caldera called Enclos Fouqué, just beneath the mountain pass Pas de Bellecombe. The cliffs are called the 'Rempart de Bellecombe'. The 'Piton de la Fournaise' volcano is situated in this caldera. La Réunion. France. (Photo by Alain Pitton/NurPhoto)
