Brazilian meat gets cheaper in the local market due to embargoes on exports

After a series of embargoes on Brazilian beef in import markets such as the European Union, China, Chile and others, the production and sale of beef, pork and sausage meat, mortadella and others was affected. The solution found by the manufacturers was to lower the price of the product in the Brazilian market until the issues that led to the embargos of the importers are clarified. In Rio de Janeiro, there are supermarkets offering discounts of up to 40% on the price of meat. In this image, piece of beef (Alcatra) produced in Brazil.
