Krakow: Independence Centenary launched with 'Fathers of Independence' exposition
'Fathers of Independence' outdoor exposition on display in Krakow's Szczepanski Square brings closer the start of the celebration of Centenary of Polish Independence. The reconstruction of the Polish State after 123 years of partitions was a historic breakthrough. Effort of many Poles, their commitment and sacrifice during the First World War, together withvigorous diplomatic actions resulted in the creation of the Second Republic of Poland.
