Abandoned crazy people at South Tangerang

An abandoned Old Man at his temporary place to stay in South Tangerang, Banten on 15 March 2018. Tangerang Selatan is one of rich area in Indonesia, part of Banten Province Area and near capital city of Indonesia Jakarta. But huge corruption by the administration made the area still far from good place to live for since there are still lot of abandoned crazy people, old man without family abandoned, and malnutrition happening at the area.
