People of Fatulunu, Soe, South Central Timor, East Nusa Tenggara celebrate Napoitan Li Ana on May 3, 2018. Napoitan Li Ana, a ritual which new babies are welcomed. Long before the Indonesian goverment established Family Planning program for nearly half a century ago, the people in Timor had already realized the importance of maintaining the population.
