Real Esate Projects Bankrupt College.
One of the large buildings rented by a now bankrupt community college in Leiden (The Netherlands) is seen on February 16, 2015. The two buildings the organisation rented cost over 11 million Euros in rent per year. In The Netherlands several organisations which were previously part of the public sector have suffered financial scandals. (Photo by Jaap Arriens/NurPhoto)
