Rohingya Refguees Prepare For Monsoon Season In Cox's Bazar, Bangaldesh
As monsoon season begins in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh, thousands of Rohingya refugees are taking part in a paid labor program to build bridges, drainage infrastructure and reinforce slopes in the Kutupalong and Balukhali refugee camps against heavy rains and landslides, which can be common during the wet season. More than 910,000 Rohingya refugees have taken refugee in southern Bangladesh after fleeing ethnic violence in Myanmar.
