Shooting in downtown Kiev

A man passes by in front of a silver Toyota Avensis fitted with what appears to be official license plates of Verkhovna Rada, the Ukrainian Parliament, standing on Horodetskogo street in downtown Kiev, near the Presidential Administration. The car was involved in a shooting and possible assassination attempt today in central Kiev. SBU took over the investigation. In this car ammunition and a silencer were found.
