Coronavirus In Toulouse
The Garonne river banks are totally deserted as the mayor of Toulouse, France, on March 19, 2020 has forbidden to people to go on the banks due to the Covid-19 outbreak. For the 3rd day, French people are on lockdown. Since March 16t when French President Macron announced that all people will be on lockdown due to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, all shops 'non essentials' are closed until further notice. Police patrols the streets to check people outside. People must have a permit to move around. Only pharmacies, food stores, tabacco stores can open. (Photo by Alain Pitton/NurPhoto)
