Record Number Of New COVID-91 Cases In Poland As Government Eases Restrictions
People are seen walking in the Powisle park in Warsaw, Poland on April 20, 2020. As Poland on Sunday reached it's peak of new COVID-19 infections since the first victim was recorded in early March the government is slowly easing restrictions on public life allowing people to use parks and forests. Further easing will be announced in the coming weeks as the government is confident the peak of the epidemic will be reached in April or early May. Quarantine measures are predicted to result in a four to five percent fall in GDP and a doubling of unemployment numbers. (Photo by Jaap Arriens/NurPhoto)
