Boris Johnson Sets Out Plans For Reopening Society
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, delivering his highly-anticipated address on the government's 'roadmap' out of the coronavirus lockdown, is displayed on a laptop and television screen in London, England, on May 10, 2020. In a statement run through with caution, the prime minister encouraged a return to work for those unable to do so from home, and set out tentative plans for a return to school for some children and for the reopening of shops and some of the hospitality sector over the next two months. Covid-19 deaths across the whole of the UK currently stand at 31,855, meanwhile, including a further 269 deaths reported today. (Photo by David Cliff/NurPhoto)
