Clashes In Kashmir After The Killing Of Militant Commander
Smoke rises from the houses which were damaged by Indian forces in old city Srinagar, Kashmir where two militants were killed on May 19, 2020.Director General of J&K police Dilbagh Singh said that the one of the two slain militants of the gun-battle have been identified as Hizbul Mujahideen’s divisional commander for Central Kashmir Junaid Sehrai, the son of separatist leader and Tehreek-e-Hurriyat chairman Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai. Anti-India clashes erupted in many areas of Srinagar after the gun-battle was over and many of the houses were destroyed by Indian forces during the gun-battle, police used teargas ,pellets and stun grenades to disperse the angry youth.
