Protest Against The New Demonstration Regulation Law
Protesters gathered in Thessaloniki on Thursday 16 July 2020, to protest against the adopted new law restricting and regulating the right to protest demanding permission for protests while holding accountable protest organizers. Riot Police officers in full gear were seen present at the protest which disrupted the traffic in the city with people seen marching peacefully on the roads.
