Virus Outbreak Mexico
An older adult walks in front of a mural of the god Quetzalcóatl or Feathered Serpent near the first painting of the Zócalo of Mexico City during the red light in the capital. Mexico City is currently on a red epidemiological traffic light due to the increase in coronavirus cases and hospital occupancy almost at maximum capacity, so the suspension of all non-essential activities will continue until January 10, 2021. Despite to this call, some people are looking for a way to visit the capital's Zócalo to make purchases on New Year's Eve. (Photo by Gerardo Vieyra/NurPhoto)
