Mexico Begins Vaccinating Elderly Against Covid-19
This Monday, February 15, the vaccination against COVID-19 for 60-year-olds began in the municipalities of Milpa Alta, Cuajimalpa and Magdalena Contreras in Mexico City. Almost a million doses of the AstraZeneca and Oxford University vaccine against COVID-19 arrived in Mexico yesterday, which were applied to older adults this Monday. The government of Mexico City made several schools and health centers available in the municipalities of Cuajimalpa, Magdalena Contreras and Milpa Alta, with the aim of using them as a vaccination center and not saturating the hospitals.
