Life in the Sae of Accumoli is active, especially in summer, with children playing and the elderly exchanging a few words on the patio of the earthquake-proof houses. An earthquake measuring 6.2 on the moment magnitude scale, hit Central ITaly on 24 August 2016. Its epicentre was close to Accumoli.
