The Moorish Castle

People take tours inside the walls of the Moorish castle, located in Sintra, Portugal. October 11, 2021. This castle is considered a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its architectural ensemble and the surrounding landscape. It is located at the top of the Sintra mountain range, in an extremely irregular area, and was built by the Muslims in the 8th century. The walls were conquered by D.
