Screening Of Banned BBC Documentary On Modi In India.

Students of Jadavpur University held an open screening of BBC documentary India : The Modi Question in Kolkata , India , on 27 January 2023. The documentary was banned by the current Indian government from public screening as it is believed to be a hostile propaganda and anti-Indian according to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.. The documentary focuses on the 2002 anti-muslim riots in Gujrat where Narendra Modi was the chief minister during the time.
