Downtown Parade Kicks Off Houston Rodeo

On Saturday, February 25, 2023, Houstonians gathered downtown to enjoy an annual tradition which marks the beginning of 3 weeks of Houston Rodeo festivities: the Rodeo Parade. Groups on horseback rode in from around the city to participate in the event which also showcased decorative floats, marching bands, and local community leaders and workers, to celebrate Texan heritage in the now mega metropolis of downtown Houston.
