Reported police involved shooting in Newark, New Jersey, United States on March 29, 2023. Newark Police responded to the area of Chestnut Street and Chestnut Place in the late evening hours, Wednesday. There were reports that an officer involved shooting took place, however no details were immediately available from the public information office.
