Shops and stores, closed, abandoned with locks on their doors is the panorama seen on October 10 in the city Maracaibo Venezuela. The Maracaibo Chamber of Commerce fears that due to the constant blackouts, in the state the national business sector is approaching a ''breaking point'', which would result in the massive closure of shops and industries. Through a statement, the organization highlighted that the difficulties and deficiencies that the regional business sector is going through to continue working, continues to increase with the deficiency in the supply of electricity, and the collapse of other public services, apart from the problem with the lack of cash in banks, public transport; expropriations and legal insecurity; absence of qualified personnel; increase in municipal taxes, and other causes that have impaired the normal functioning of private and public companies throughout the country. There is great concern and expectation in the business sector just two months after the end of the year, because of the threat of a massive closure of establishments and industries. That will further aggravate the shortage of essential products and services, as well as the loss of jobs of which support thousands of Zulian families.
