Despite accusations that Khadr was mistreated while at Guantanamo the Canadian Federal Government has so far refused to bring him back to Canada. After allegedly throwing a grenade that killed an American soldier. Khadr is a Canadian citizen born in Toronto and is the youngest prisoner held in Guantanamo Bay Detention Camp by the United States.
