People stroll in the Puglia Outlet Village Shopping Center on February 11, 2021 in Molfetta. From today, Puglia returns to the yellow zone. The decision was taken by the Minister of Health, Speranza, who, with its own ordinance, ordered the change of color of the area after having acknowledged the data communication errors by the Puglia Region. The shops inside are closed on holidays and days before holidays.
