General Roberto Vannacci is presenting his new book ''The World Upside Down'' at the Circolo Cittadino in Latina, Italy, on February 28, 2024. Vannacci is an Italian general and the chief of staff of the Land Operational Forces Command, as well as the former commander of Task Force 45 during the War in Afghanistan. He was recently suspended from employment for 11 months due to his previous book ''But I Go Forward'' for reasons of lack of responsibility and possible emulative effects.
