Reduviid nymphs (in subfamilies Salyavatinae, Triatominae, Cetherinae, Reduviinae) found in forests in Southeast Asia region, Camouflage themselves by attaching debris or remains of dead prey insects. Their ''backpacks'' function helps to deter and camouflage from predators. The Reduviidae are members of the suborder Heteroptera of the order Hemiptera. The family members are almost all predatory, except for a few blood-sucking species, some of which are important as disease vectors.
