The massacres of Poles were carried out in German-occupied Poland from 1943 to 1945 by the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, or the UPA, with the support of parts of the local Ukrainian population. The peak of the massacres took place in July and August 1943. Most of the victims were women and children.nThe UPA's actions resulted in between 50,000 and 100,000 deaths.

Few people are in the collecting point to begin a protest against the government. The main picket in Turin will be in Piazza Derna and active until 9 december, but at the moment less than 50 peoples are in the place, controlled by numerous Police force.
