People are seen demonstrating in front of government headquarters on 10 February 2017. Romanians have taken to mass protests across the country for more than a week since the introduction of legislation that would ease restrictions on anti-graft laws. Protesters first demanding retraction of the proposed law are now demanding resignation of the government after being disappointed by the governments lukewarm reaction towards dismissing a legislative proposal that would free politicians from prosecution for cases valued under 45 thousand Euros.
