Kashmiris protest against the tourist killings in Pahalgam, near Lethpora, where the Pulwama attack happened in 2019, in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir, India, on April 23, 2025. India's Foreign Ministry states that Pakistani nationals are not allowed to travel to India under the SAARC visa exemption programme. Any visas previously issued under this scheme are deemed canceled, and any Pakistani national in India with one of these visas has 48 hours to leave.
