Animal India - Brachydiplax Farinosa
Black-Tailed Dasher (Brachydiplax farinosa) is a genus of dragonflies in the family Libellulidae. Male dragonflies are usually pale to Blackish brown Small grayish blue with metallic green thorax blue. Females have pale yellow marked with metallic black stripes. Male Black-Tailed Dashers are very localized and found in the same puddle day after day. Females are found away from water in nearby scrub jungles and cultivation.
