France's 'Yellow Vest' Protesters Return to Champs-Elysees

The 'yellow vest' reads 'Macron a bicycle'. Protesters called 'Gilets jaunes' (ie Yellow vests) protest for the third time in three weeks. Protest turned violent in Toulouse as else where in France. At the beginning, they protested against the rise of taxes on oil products.
