In the Criminal Court of the city of Osorno, the detention and formalization of charges of Samuel Mauricio Garnica Yefi, 45, accused of murdering his former partner Mariela Naigual Pinol in the presence of his 7-year-old daughter in the sector of Puaucho, commune of San Juan de La Costa.The woman had filed a complaint for domestic violence to the police the previous week but this document came to the Office of the Prosecutor after her death.
