Satellite dishes are on a residential apartment building in Bangkok. Daily life occurs on the outskirts of East Bangkok, Thailand, on March 3, 2025. Inflation in Thailand is reported at 1.3% in January 2025, leading the Central Bank of Thailand to cut the key interest rate to 2% in February 2025 with hopes to weaken the Thai Baht (THB) and boost exports during a time of economic uncertainty as the impact of the US-China trade war looms over the country.

3 October 2021
Metropolitan Police (DC police) motorcycle officers ride in front of the Women's March for Abortion Justice toward the US Capitol. Protesters demand the US government protect women's reproductive rights and access to abortion nationwide. Specifically, they are calling on Congress to pass the Women's Health Protection Act (WHPA) and EACH Act, which guarantee abortion access and require it to be covered by insurance. More than 600 satellite protests are happening nationwide on October 2. The events are partly in response to restrictive anti-abortion laws recently passed in Texas and Mississippi, and the Supreme Court's refusal to strike down the Texas law.
