Ambulances are being pictured during a search and rescue effort at an apartment block hit by a Russian missile in Dnipro, Ukraine, on June 28, 2024. Russian troops are attacking a residential building in Dnipro with a rocket. The Interior Ministry is saying that one person is dying and 12 people are being injured, including a baby and a pregnant woman. The flats from the 8th to 11th floor are being destroyed and 11 cars are being damaged. NO USE RUSSIA. NO USE BELARUS.
