Pilar Amador Navarro 65 year old has been living with her two sons and 3 nephews in an apartment of the City Hall Housing Company (EMVS) for 15 years. They have a debt of 3600 euros since the company blocked her account for making payments. They attempted to pay the debt but the City Hall Housing Company (EMVS) informed them they have to move out.
