Partially submerged houses are pictured following heavy rains in Zoonipora village in central Kashmir's Budgam district, Jammu and Kashmir, on September 4, 2025. Water levels in the Jhelum River start to recede in Srinagar, but the danger remains as the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) continues rescue operations in flood-affected areas.
