SHANGHAI, CHINA - MAY 10, 2023 - The Yuanwang-1 survey ship is seen in Dock 2 at the original site of Shanghai Jiangnan Shipyard in Shanghai, China, May 10, 2023. Yuanwang-1 is the first generation integrated space oceangoing survey ship designed and built by China. Yuanwang-1 made 44 ocean expeditions in 32 years from 1978 to 2010, safely sailed for more than 2,600 days and 440,000 nautical miles, and successfully completed 57 major national scientific research and test missions, including intercontinental missiles, submarine-launched missiles, various domestic and foreign satellites and manned spacecraft.
