KRAKOW, POLAND - MAY 21, 2023: Unified in solidarity, members of the local Belarusian and Ukrainian diaspora, joined by dedicated activists, gather at the main Market Square in Krakow for the 'Freedom to Political Prisoners of Belarus' protest, on Sunday, May 21, 2023, in Krakow, Poland. In Belarus, over 1,500 political prisoners endure unjust incarceration, silenced for fighting for human rights, democracy, and against injustice and foreign aggression. Their families bear the anguish as global protesters condemn the Lukashenka regime and demand the immediate release of these brave individuals.
