Manila Central Post Office Fire

A huge fire engulfs Manila's Central Post Office in the Philippines on May 22, 2023. The historic building, originally built in 1926, suffered extensive damage from the fire that originated in the basement and spread all the way up to the fifth floor, resulting in the destruction of letters, parcels, and the postal service's entire stamp collection, reports say.
