Traditional Bengali Food "Mete Chorchori"

The name ''mete chorchori'' is a Bengali name where 'mete' means liver (Lamb, goat or chicken) and 'chorchori' means dry curry. Mete chorchori can either be prepared with the liver of lamb, goat or chicken. But usually, the authentic meter chorchori is always prepared with the mutton liver.
