On the 79th anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising, ceremonies commemorating this event were held in Krakow. In St. Mary's Basilica, a holy mass is reflected in the intention of the homeland and soldiers who died for freedom, and then wreaths were laid at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Matejko Square.
