Day Of Solidarity With Belarus In Krakow
Participants in the celebration of the International Day of Solidarity with Belarus at the Main Square on August 9, 2023 in Krakow, Poland. August 9 is the International Day of Solidarity with Belarus. It was established on the anniversary of the elections that took place on August 9, 2020. Their falsification sparked a wave of protests that were brutally suppressed by the government. Currently, there are over 1,500 political prisoners in Belarusian prisons.
