Nero Heatwave In Italy

During a Nero heatwave in Torino, a cyclist from Extremadura, Spain, stopped to cool themselves off in the fountain near Piazza Castello.Currently, there is a red heat alert in effect in various cities throughout Italy. The temperatures are expected to exceed the norm due to the Nero anticyclone affecting the region. The Italian government recommends staying indoors during the afternoon when the heat is at its highest.
