Confident statue damaged in Lviv

LVIV, UKRAINE - AUGUST 23, 2023 - A man cleans the Vpevnena (Confident) statue by Vasyl Korchovyi after unknown offenders poured oil onto the artwork and attempted to set fire to the sculpture in Stryiskyi Park late Tuesday night, August 22, Lviv, western Ukraine. The damaged statue is one of the eight sculptures created during the Kaniv Sculpture Symposium on display in Stryiskyi Park as part of the Sculptural Route. NO USE RUSSIA. NO USE BELARUS.
