'Help to Buy' creates surge in new homes built and bought in UK

A Homes 4U estate agent facilitating the purchase of property in on Wednesday 13th January 2016. Brandon Lewis, the UK Government Minister for housing, has claimed that the UK Government policy of 'Help to Buy' led to an increase of home construction and purchases whilst not increasing the average house market price. 'Help To Buy' is a house purchase policy where the UK Government will provide some money to allow council or housing association tenants to buy the property they currently rent.
